1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by LES D'ESIRE DI DAI QINGDI ("we," "us," or "our"), a professional clothing manufacturer based in Prato, Italy.

By placing an order or engaging our garment manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.

2. Services

We provide professional garment manufacturing services including:

• Design and pattern making services
• Large-scale garment production
• Quality control and inspection
• Packaging and international shipping

All services are provided directly from our production facility in Prato, Italy.

3. Orders and Pricing

Minimum Order Quantities: Each product category has specific minimum order quantities (MOQ) ranging from 300 to 1000 pieces.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Prices include manufacturing but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Custom payment terms may be arranged for established clients.

4. Production and Delivery

Lead Times: Production lead times range from 25 to 55 days depending on product complexity and order volume. Lead times are calculated from the date of deposit payment and final approval of samples.

Delivery: We ship internationally to fashion brands and retailers worldwide. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method chosen.

Delays: While we maintain reliable production schedules, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays.

5. Quality Standards

All garments undergo rigorous quality inspection at every production stage. We maintain a 99%+ quality approval rate.

If defects are found that fall below our quality standards, we will repair or replace affected garments at no additional cost, provided the defects are reported within 14 days of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom-manufactured garments are non-returnable unless there are quality defects. All production follows approved samples and specifications.

Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired, and must be claimed within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs and specifications. We will not reproduce your designs for other clients without your written permission.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.
